Lemon rice
Ingredients:
Cooked rice - 2 cups
Juice of 3 lemons[big]
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Urad dal - 1/2 tsp
Channa dal - 1 tbsp
Peanut - 2 tbsp
Curry leaves - few
Hing - pinch
Turmeric powder - 1tsp
Salt - as required
Method:
Add oil to pan, add mustard seeds.
When it flutters, add urad dal, channa dal, peanuts and simmer the flame.
Fry it for sometime, take care not to burn.

Capsicum rice
Ingredients:
Basmathi rice - 1/2 cup
Capsicum - 1/2 cup, coloured
Cloves - 2
Cinnamon - 1/2 inch
Grind to paste:
Garlic - 7 cloves
Cashew - 5 whole
Pepper - 1/2 tsp

Method:
Soak the rice for 20 minutes.
Grind the ingredients listed in "Grind to paste".
