Thinai rice[Foxtail millet] - 1 cup Urad dal - 1/4 cup Raw rice -1 tsp Fenugreek seeds - 1tsp salt - as required Soak urad dal, fenugreek seeds and rice separately overnight. Garlic Roll

I made this roll using homemade multigrain atta, it has come out good but not as soft as maida roll. But when we see for healthy one, this is the best.
