
Ingredients:
To Soak:
Raw rice - 1 cup
Idly rice - 1 cup
Toor Dal - 1/2cup
Chana dal - 1/2 cup
Moong dal - 1/4 cup
While grinding:
Red chillies - 10
Pepper - 1tsp
Hing - one and half tsp
While preparing dosa:
Chopped shallots - 1/2 cup
Soak all the above ingredients under soak overnight.
Next day grind along with ingredients "while grinding".
