Here is the healthy and tasty recipe. When i was searching for oats recipes, i found this in sharmispassions website and tried.
Instant Oats - 1 cup
Wheat Rava - 1/2 cup
Fresh Curd - 1/2 cup
Carrot -1 (grated)
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Green Chilli - 1 tsp, finely chopped
Hing - 1/4 tsp
Coriander leaves - 2 tsp finely chopped
Soda - 1/2 tsp
Instant Oats - 1 cup
Wheat Rava - 1/2 cup
Fresh Curd - 1/2 cup
Carrot -1 (grated)
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Green Chilli - 1 tsp, finely chopped
Hing - 1/4 tsp
Coriander leaves - 2 tsp finely chopped
Soda - 1/2 tsp
- Dry roast oats and powder it. Keep aside.
- Heat oil in kadai -> mustard seeds ->grated carrot ->Curry leaves and fry for few minutes.
- Add oats powder, wheat rava, curd, hing and soda.
- Add water to make idli batter consistency and prepare instant idli's.
