Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp

Coriander seeds - 1 tsp

Mustard seeds - 1 tsp

- Boil water in a pan, when it starts boiling add turmeric powder and yam and cook for 10 minutes.[It should be crunchy]
- Now filter yam, add the grounded powder and salt. Keep aside for 10 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan, do seasoning and add the marinated yam and fry.
