Corn kernels - 2 cups
corn flour - 1 cup
Rice flour - 1/2 cup
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Onion - 2 small chopped finely
coriander leaves - handful chopped finely
red chillies - 2 chopped finely [optional]

- Grind corn kernels coarsely without adding water.
- Mix all the ingredients and deep fry as vada.
