Foxtail Millet Flour(Thinai) - 2 Cups
Dosa batter - 1 cup
Cooking Soda - Pinch
Dry ginger Powder - Pinch (optional)
Grated Coconut - 1/3 cup (Optional)
Jaggery - as per taste
- Powder jaggery with water and make it to boil and filter it.
 - Mix Millet flour, dosa batter and jaggery without any lumps.
 - Now add cooking soda and dry ginger powder.
 - Preheat paniyaram pan for few minutes by adding oil. [I used Gingelly oil]
 - Add grated coconut and cook in paniyaram pan.
 - Healthy and tasty paniyaram is ready.
