Moong dal - 1/2 cup
Instant oats - 1/2 cup
Shallots -15, chopped finely
Green chillies -2 [optional], chopped finely
Red chilli powder - 1tsp
chaat masala - 2 tsp
fresh curd - 2 tbsp
turmeric powder -1/4 tsp
Garam masala -1/4 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Coriander leaves - few, chopped finely
Moong dal - 1/2 cup

- Cook moong dal in 1 cup of water in a pan until all water gets evaporated.
- Then add all ingredients and prepare patties by adding very little oil.
- Prepare in slow flame.
