Cauliflower - 1 [Medium sized]
Curry leaves - few, chopped finely
Coriander leaves - 1/2 Bunch, chopped finely
Salt
Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
Ginger Garlic paste -1/2 tsp
Maida - 3 tbsp
Corn flour - 4 tbsp
Method:
- Put cauliflower in boiled water for ten minutes to remove worms.
- Mix all the above ingredients.
- Deep fry once and keep aside.
- While serving, fry again with curry leaves to get more crispy cauliflower.
