Urad dal - 1/4 cup
Raw rice -1 tsp
Fenugreek seeds - 1tsp
salt - as required
- Soak urad dal, fenugreek seeds and rice separately overnight.
- Grind urad dal and fenugreek seeds first, then add rice to the urad dal and grind.
- Add salt and ferment for 6 hours like regular dosa.
- Prepare thin dosas as they will be crispy.
