Ingredients:
Murungai keerai[Drumstick leaves] - 2 cups
Thuvaram parupu[Toor Dal] - 1 cup
Kadala parupu[channa dal] - 1/2 cup
Pasi parupu[Moong dal] - 1/4 cup
Red Chillies - 6
Hing - 1 tsp
Rock salt - 1 tbsp
Method:
Murungai keerai[Drumstick leaves] - 2 cups
Thuvaram parupu[Toor Dal] - 1 cup

Pasi parupu[Moong dal] - 1/4 cup

Hing - 1 tsp
Rock salt - 1 tbsp
Method:
- Wash drumstick leaves in water and dry them in shade.If the leaves sticked on each other, try to separate them in between.
- Once dried, take all the ingredients except hing and dry roast them in low flame.
- At the end add hing and roast for a minute and switch off.
- Now cool down and grind it.
