Palak poori
Ingredients:
Wheat Flour - 2 cups
Palak - one bunch
Ajwain seeds - 1 tsp
salt, oil
Method:
- Blanch palak leaves and grind it without adding water.
- Mix flour, salt, ajwain seeds, palak paste.
- Add water and knead it.
- Roll it and deep fry the pooris.
- It fluffs up like normal pooris.
