Samai rice[Little millet] - 1 cup
Palak - 1 bunch
Carrot - half, cubed
Green peas - 1/8 cup
Sweet corn - 1/8 cup
Coriander seeds - 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Cinnamon - 1/2 inch
Cloves - 2
Bayleaf - 1
Green chillies - 2
Onion - 1/2
Garlic - 2 cloves
Ginger - 1/2 inch

Method:
- Clean palak and keep aside.
- Dry roast coriander seeds, cumin seeds, cinnamon and cloves until nice aroma comes.
- Then grind the roasted ingredients along with onion, green chillies, Ginger, Garlic and palak.
- Heat oil in kadai, add bayleaf.
- Then add the grinded paste and cook until all water evaporates.
- Add vegetables and cook for a minute
- Now add rice with 2 cups of water. Mix well and switch off.
- Transfer to a rice cooker and cook.
- Serve hot with some raita. I have prepared Pumpkin Raita.
